Adam is the principal of the practice and the person who reads every file. He is a Chartered Town Planner through the Royal Town Planning Institute and a corporate member of the Irish Planning Institute, with more than twenty years in the planning system across private consultancy, property development and public-sector assessment, including engagement as a planning inspector for An Coimisiún Pleanála.
He has also carried schemes through as a developer, which is why the advice here dwells on viability, phasing and what a site will actually carry rather than on what a policy might theoretically permit. Earlier work in the UK included serviced-site and self-build schemes, an experience that informs how the practice reads low-density and rural proposals.
Adam built the housing pipeline, the national planning search and the exemption checker on this site, and maintains them. If a number on this site is wrong, he is the person to tell.
